In accessing the ComptonandWoodhouse.com site and/or purchasing from the ComptonandWoodhouse.com site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Certain of our products are not for sale to those resident in the USA and Canada. If you live in these jurisdictions you should not attempt to place an order.
- Every effort has been taken to ensure that the information contained within this site is correct and up to date. However, it should be noted that the information could become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Compton and Woodhouse reserves the right to change, amend or update information within this site.
- We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the control of Compton and Woodhouse or its suppliers.
- Any details with which you provide us are held and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
- All prices within the Compton and Woodhouse website are given in pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Postage and Packaging is charged where applicable. If you live overseas and wish to pay in a foreign currency please click on currency converter box to ascertain the correct payment.
- All our goods are supplied on approval. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, they may be returned within 60 days for a full refund of any monies paid, provided the goods are unused and in its original packaging. Faulty goods should be returned for refund or replacement.
- The consumer's contract with Compton and Woodhouse does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
- We may decline (without giving any reason) to accept an offer to purchase any of our products. Acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance.
- A credit check may be carried out by a licensed Credit Reference Agency.
